Minor Repairs

Is to the benefit of both landlord and tenant that minor repairs are dealt with expeditiously and we can ensure a prompt and cost effective response.

Handyman Services

We have a handyman service in house and can provide a prompt and efficient response. This service can include minor repairs, decoration, cleaning, removals, arranging of furnishings etc.

Gardening / Landscaping

We can provide a gardening and landscaping service as and when required, thereby ensuring a clean and tidy environment.

Decorating

To ensure an acceptable letting standard it is sometimes necessary to carry out redecoration and we can secure competitive rates for such work and, more importantly, a prompt response to minimise rental loss. We will supervise the work and ensure a quality service.

Refurbishments

It may be necessary to carryout refurbishment works to the property to ensure compliance with Council Registration and legislative requirements. We can, through our favourably negotiated rates, secure the services of a Quantity Surveyor who will specify, tender and supervise the works on the landlords’ behalf.

Annual Maintenance

It is advisable to carry out an annual check of property and to instruct any repairs or specific inspections that may be required. These works may include gutters, door entry systems, lifts, roofs etc..

Empty Property Inspections (VOIDS)

To ensure a clear audit trail and compliance with legislation it is important that property inspections be carried out at the end of a tenancy and before the property is re-let. We can provide the appropriate expertise to ensure an effective and efficient inspection service.
